BIKND products are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase.
DISCLAIMER
Due to the unpredictable nature of luggage handling, BIKND is not accountable for dammage to your bike or bike case during travel. To avoid damage, we strongly recommend following the packing instructions.
RETURN
No Return is allowed without prior authorization.
If you have any problem with the product, go to your dealer where you bought the Biknd product. The dealer will take care of the problem for you depending on whether it is to order a replacement part or for a return of the product.
If you bought the product from our online store, send an email to service@biknd.com including a description with a picture of the problem. We will assist you accordingly.
