Shipping and Returns

 

 

Order Processing:

Orders may be placed at any time via our online web store, but please keep in mind that they will not be processed outside of normal working hours, meaning on weekends, or public holidays. Once an order is successfully completed, the purchaser will receive a confirmation email. Biknd does its best to process orders as quickly as possible. The normal delay is one to two business days, but if a product is in stock, and depending on the time we receive the order, it may be expedited more rapidly. Once it ships, a second, follow-up email that contains tracking information will be sent to the purchaser. If you have not received your order within ten days of the original order date, please contact us at kEncEmailtbmftAcjloe/dpn and be sure to include the web order number provided in your order confirmation email. We generally rely on the carriers Canpar (within Canada, and for authorized Biknd dealers), and FedEx for other customers. For more detail regarding expected delivery delays by carrier, please refer to the table below. 


Product Availability:

You will be notified by email if it has been determined that an item is out of stock when we fulfilling the order. Biknd reserves the right to cancel any order, as well as modify, discontinue or remove a product from our online web store at any time. In the rare occasion that a placed order needs to be cancelled or modified to reflect the non-existent product(s), a credit equal to the purchase price of said non-existent product(s) will be issued in the form of original payment (credit card, PayPal etc.).

Once the product(s) leaves our facilities, Biknd is NOT REPONSIBLE, in any way, for delays out of our immediate control (Weather or other natural disasters, labor strikes, FedEx, Customs, etc.).

 

Shipping labels are created based on information provided when ordering, so please take the time to verify the accuracy of the information before you finalize your order. In the event that an error has occurred, please contact Biknd as soon as possible at kEncEmailtbmftAcjloe/dpn in order to rectify the shipping information, and when possible, BEFORE your order has been shipped. This will prevent any disappointment on your part, unnecessary delays, and any possible or potential theft or loss of your product(s), for which Biknd cannot be held responsible.

On the occasion that shipments are brought back to our facilities labeled “Unclaimed,” “Refused,” or “Return to Sender” due to, for a limited list only, fault of signature, failure to pick up the package from the local post office/delivery provider, and/or lack of payment of any product-related custom charges, duties, or taxes. Biknd will notify you by email as soon as possible if a package has been returned to our facility. Additional fees will apply to packages that must be reshipped. 

Definition of additional fees for reshipment:

  • All current and future shipping and handling charges, that includes any return shipping fees from the erroneous destination, back to our facility due to “Unclaimed,” “Refused,” or “Return to Sender” etc. as mentioned in the above paragraph
  • Any fees that may be incurred to repair any damaged merchandise not covered under the product warranty
  • All return shipping fees
  • Any miscellaneous fees unforeseen at this time such as, but not limited to, restocking fees, are at the full discretion of Biknd.

Order-related email communication:

Any communication pertaining to order information, or requests for additional information, will be sent to the consumer’s email address provided when registering on www.biknd.com. Biknd presumes that all emails sent to our registered customers will be considered “safe,” and will not be redirected to a “Spam” folder. In case of doubt, and as it is your responsibility, it would be prudent to check any undesirable, or Spam-type mail folders that may be automatically filtering your incoming mail.

If Biknd has done due diligence in trying to communicate with you before the estimated ship date, if any, specified via email correspondence, we will proceed to fulfill the order accordingly. If Biknd is unsuccessful in fulfilling any order due to lack of information from your part, the order in question will be placed on hold until the required information is received, in which case, Biknd cannot be held responsible for any consequential delays.

If any registered Biknd consumer/user has changed the email address associated with an active order, it is their responsibility to notify us as quickly as possible. Once this information is received, and your account details updated to reflect the change, you will receive an email confirmation. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Do not be taken by surprise by Customs charges! In addition to the sale amount shown at time of purchase, and depending on the shipping destination, you should expect to pay any associated Customs charges. This includes, but is not exclusive to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier. Biknd is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any extraordinary fees that occur once the original package has been shipped from our facility. If the customer refuses a package due to extraordinary charges related to said shipment, the return shipping costs, and any additional fees, including, but not limited to repair charges, restocking fees or other miscellaneous charges deemed credible by Biknd, will be deducted from the original amount of the order. Any remaining amount will then be refunded to the customer in the form of their original payment method or an equivalent merchandise credit.

Customs charges vary greatly for each country. To avoid any unpleasant surprises, it is recommended to check with the Customs department in your specific country for detailed import information, rules and regulations.

Post-purchase product customer assistance:

  • No returns are allowed without specific prior authorization. If you are experiencing an issue with your Biknd product(s), please contact us directly via email at kEncEmailtfswjdfAcjloe/dpn or visit the authorized retail outlet where it was purchased.
  • If the product was purchased directly from the Biknd web store, please send us an email at kEncEmailtfswjdfAcjloe/dpn and be sure to include a complete description, and clear, detailed pictures of the issue you are having. We will respond as quickly as possible. 

Payment Methods:

Biknd accepts most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AmEx in Canada only), and PayPal as forms of payment. The PayPal portal is used as a secure credit card payment platform at the time of checkout.

Governing Laws:


The Terms & Conditions of all Biknd purchase transactions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, and as a consequence, all applicable Canadian laws. Consumers agree to adhere to court jurisdiction within the province of Quebec, Canada. The “Consumer” acknowledges that the products sold are subject to Canadian regulation and agrees to comply with Canadian export control laws and regulations. Biknd reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
